Acquisition of Golden Circle by Heinz

On 19 December, Heinz finalised the acquisition process and formally took ownership of Golden Circle.

Following a review of the Golden Circle business which will commence in the New Year, it is expected that integration will take approximately 6 months.

Heinz will provide further information as the Golden Circle business is integrated into the Heinz Australia business.

In the interim, it is business as usual for employees, suppliers and customers of both Heinz Golden Circle.
